OBJECTIVES:
To be responsible for the industrialization sub-project for product development projects.
Analyzing (feasibility, capacity, reliability, profitability) then designing, organizing and optimizing all production/manufacturing resources and methods (in-house or sub-contracted), in line with productivity, quality and cost requirements.
Participate in drawing up the budget (production tools section) and monitor its implementation.
Manage the industrialization department.
Relations with Enedis, audits, process management, ID management, CAPEX,
MISSIONS:
Budget preparation:
Drawing up the capital expenditure budget with regard to planning the introduction of new products and improvements to existing products or processes.
During product design:
Working with the R&D team to integrate production constraints (manufacturability/testability) as effectively as possible: proposing electronic, mechanical and software adaptations/solutions.
Define the manufacturing and testing strategy for new products.
Participate in project monitoring meetings, and provide the deliverables required at the various milestones.
During product production, take responsibility for the following activities:
Definition of the production stages and the processes/methods to be implemented
Writing test specifications for the sub-assemblies and devices to be manufactured
Pre-evaluation of test sub-systems
Analysis of constraints (costs, technical efficiency, reliability, etc.) and definition of the resources (hardware and software) required for the production line
Analysis of in-house resources and skills to determine/optimise the use of subcontractors
Drafting of specifications in the event of recourse to an external service provider
Definition of the test stages and resources to be implemented by the electronic board subcontractor.
Monitoring the implementation of these resources and validating the equipment.
Participating in the selection of the service provider (and subcontractor for the boards) in collaboration with the purchasing department (particularly for all technical aspects).
Planning and monitoring the production of equipment (in-house and sub-contracted)
Checking that the equipment produced complies with the test specifications (validation) and HSE requirements.
Drawing up the equipment validation report.
Participating in drawing up the equipment maintenance plan.
Manage the NPI function with the various subcontractors.
In day-to-day operation:
Provide technical support for production/R&D/Quality
Ensuring that equipment requirements for R&D/Quality are met internally or externally
Suggest rationalisations and improvements to products and manufacturing processes.
Ensure the maintenance of the entire site (infrastructure and equipment)
Manage the Industrialisation Department staff:
Ensure compliance with internal instructions (internal and sector regulations, QSE rules, procedures) and take the necessary measures in the event of non-compliance.
Ensure the application of the Quality - Environment - Safety and Information Security Policy
Pass on appropriate information to his/her team
Participate in the individual pay rise and training process
Set individual objectives and conduct the annual appraisal interview
Collect / arbitrate / and register absence requests
Listening and responding to requests for information on working conditions.
As Data Security Component Integration Manager :
Guarantee the protection of the security components integrated into the products, throughout their production process.
Be responsible for secure exchange processes with customers concerning the Linky Information System, and also with suppliers (sending firmware and definition files, etc.).
Comply with personal data management rules and the rules imposed by the L+G Group's ISMS
Ensure the safety of workers in the department
- Master's degree or engineering diploma (5 years' higher education) in electronics, automation or industrial IT
- Knowledge of English mandatory
