Position Overview:
We are seeking a Revenue Integrity Analyst to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and completeness of our revenue cycle. This position supports the Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) in areas such as credentialing, charge capture, payer contract analysis, compliance audits, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain CPT mapping and ensure accurate charge capture workflows
Audit claims, documentation, and coding for compliance and revenue risks
Collaborate with providers and billing vendors to resolve issues
Analyze payer contracts and ensure correct reimbursements
Identify denial trends and assist in corrective action planning
Monitor policy changes and support system improvements
Prepare monthly invoices for contracted services
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred)
5+ years of experience in revenue integrity, coding, credentialing, or auditing
CPC (AAPC) or RCC certification required
Strong knowledge of payer contracts and healthcare reimbursement
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
