Your Role & Responsibilities –
- Direct personal care such as assistance with ambulation, eating, grooming, personal hygiene, bathroom assistance including transferring, and medication administration.
- Completes necessary documentation, including, but not limited to: Therapy data collection, Special Incident Reports, Daily Activity Schedule for clients, Medication Documentation, and other forms of documentation as requested by supervisors.
- Administers and documents individual medications and provides medical and/or first aid treatment instructed by nursing staff.
- Protects individual rights, safety, we fare, and health at all times for those we serve.
- Assures that choices are an integral part of a resident’s day and assures that these are available; honors individual choice whenever possible based on safety and individual needs/restrictions.
- Participates in staff meetings, progress reviews, in-service training, and other meetings as assigned.
- Delivers individual program plans/goals and behavior support plans as designed; assures active support for all persons served.
Qualifications –
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Certified Nursing Assistant Certification
- 6+ months of related experience
- Must pass a criminal background check and have an acceptable driving history
Pay –
$21.00-$22.00 Hourly
