To lead the development and growth of employer relationships across the entire College within a designated industry sector. This includes sourcing new employer leads, strengthening partnerships with existing contacts, and building a strong pipeline of opportunities that align with the College’s business plan and employer needs. Acting as a single point of contact for businesses, the role provides comprehensive support and guidance on apprenticeships, curriculum co-design, industry projects, and other employer-related services, ensuring a seamless, joined-up experience for employers engaging with the College.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 5 GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above) including English and Mathematics, or equivalent.
- Full valid driving licence and willingness to travel across campuses and employer sites.
- Proven experience in researching and generating B2B opportunities leading to sustainable business development
- Field-based experience building relationships with new and existing employers
- Demonstrable experience in account management and maintaining long-term stakeholder relationships
- Successful track record in recruiting apprenticeships or work-based learners and achieving sales targets
