Spiritual Care Counselor, PRN (As needed) at WesleyLife

WesleyLife Hospice's Spiritual Care Counselor provides spiritual care services to clients and families/caregivers. We believe hospice is not about the end of life, but about encouraging patients to live life on their terms. WesleyLife Hospice comes to clients wherever they call home — their house or apartment, WesleyLife- or non-WesleyLife-affiliated senior living community, a health center, or a hospital. We are honored to serve residents in Boone, Dallas, Hamilton, Jasper, Marion, Polk, Story, and Warren counties in Iowa.

A Typical Day for a Spiritual Care Counselor with WesleyLife Hospice: 

• Travels to senior communities and homes to provide support to our hospice clients and their families
• Performs client assessments
• Participates in interdisciplinary group meetings to discuss patient goals and care plans with other care providers on the team

• Current Openings: PRN (as needed)

Compensation:

• The pay range for this position is $23.06 - $28.07 / hour. The starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.
• Daily Pay: Use this free app to access your wages before payday to handle unexpected expenses

• Mileage Reimbursement at 58.5 cents per mile
