Are you a driven sales professional ready for a new challenge?  We’re looking for someone who thrives on building relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences to join our team.  This position will be based at Stockland Halcyon Evergreen in Clyde.

 

About the role

 

This is more than just a sales job – it’s a chance to part of a high-performing team in a booming sector, with a pathway for career growth.  You’ll be guiding customers through one of the most important decisions of their lives, from first enquiry to final purchase, while hitting your sales targets. 

 

Base pay (salary + super) plus quarterly bonus + sales commission is on offer, for this permanent, full-time role, Tuesday – Saturday, with Sunday/Monday rostered days off.  Occasionally there will be a requirement to work evenings to attend information sessions or functions.

 

What are we looking for?

 

  • Proven experience in sales/business development, ideally in LLC (land lease communities), retirement living, or home building (but we’re open to other industries)
  • A customer-first mindset, you’re passionate about delivering outstanding service
  • Strong relationship building skills and consultative approach
  • Tech savvy and quick to learn new systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • Self-motivated and deadline driven, but also a great team player
  • Your own reliable transport and clean full drivers’ license
  • Exposure to contract and legal administration is advantageous
