- Interview, hire, and onboard new Client Advocates while building a strong culture of professionalism, accountability, and support
- Ensure trauma-informed client care by collaborating closely with Clinical and Operations leadership and modeling best practices for compassionate engagement
- Step in and cover shifts when needed to maintain CARF-accredited staffing levels and to demonstrate frontline leadership in action

- Support client engagement and healing experiences by coordinating meaningful touches such as birthday celebrations, holiday events, and community rituals that foster connection
- Monitor and ensure client safety through room checks, roll calls, safety drills, supervision checks, and crisis interventions when necessary
- Partner with nurses and clinicians to handle client intakes, store and distribute medication appropriately, and provide accurate daily updates on client needs and concerns
- Oversee documentation and reporting, ensuring shift logs, client records, and incident reports are accurate, timely, and communicated to the right stakeholders
- Assist with client transportation and supervision, ensuring safe travel for appointments, activities, and community outings
- Model excellent communication and teamwork by maintaining professional, respectful, and clear dialogue across all levels of the organization
