We are currently seeking qualified applicants to join our team as a Customer Support Representative at our Wolfforth Banking Center. This schedule would be Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Primary Job Functions:
- Answer incoming phone calls regarding customer accounts.
- Assisting customers with online banking needs.
- Operate a multi-line phone system as well as an online chat service.

Essential Job Functions:
- Answer incoming calls, greeting callers, providing information, transferring calls, and/or taking messages as necessary.
- Relay and route written and verbal messages.
- Operate communication systems such as a multi-line phone
- Provide customer research.
- Provide information on DDA inquiries, savings inquiries, wire transfers and account reconciliation.
- Support customers through multiple channels such as, but not limited to: Phone, Fax, Mail, Email, Online Banking Messaging, Website Messaging and Synapsys Service Events.
- Resolve complaints and answer customer questions regarding services and procedures.
- Provide research information for other departments of the Bank.
- Recognize cross sell opportunities and offer ABC Products and Services to our customers.
- Confer with customers by telephone in order to provide information about their accounts, the Bank's products and services, close checking and/or savings accounts, or to obtain details of complaints.
- Support customers with questions regarding Internet Banking, Bill Pay and Estatements.
- Provide information to customers regarding Internet Banking, Telebank, Credit Advantage, overdraft protection, forgeries, Reg E Disputes and stop payments and any other service the bank offers.
- Contact customers in order to respond to inquiries or to check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
- Operate computers programmed with specialized software to record, store, and analyze information.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, answering telephones and handling routine correspondence.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management / supervisor.
- Comply with all federal, state, and company policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.
- Adhere to all relevant security responsibilities as outlined in the Bank's Information Security Program and Written Security Program.
- Review large dollar checks for proper signature.
- Prepare and mail customer notices
- Performs Check Verifications
