Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living tasks and personal care
  • Provide manual handling support
  • Help individuals achieve their goals and maximize their potential
  • Implement individual support plans and development programs to support goal achievement
  • Manage risk and ensure safety at all times
  • Engage in person centred active support
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

We offer 24/7 support, and shift flexibility is available to meet the needs of our participants. We are happy to discuss shift options further based on your availability.

What You’ll Need to Thrive in This Role

  • NDIS Worker Screening
  • Working with Children Check
  • A current Driver’s License
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care) or similar qualification (we also welcome applicants without qualifications)
