About the Role

We’re looking for an Administration / Freight Officer to join our team at Karawatha, located on Brisbane’s southside.
This is a permanent full-time position, with an immediate start available.

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

  • Primary focus on manifesting and debriefing of freight

  • Utilise AI-driven systems to support and streamline freight processing

  • Conduct regular audits using the Multi Manifest Report

  • Perform a small amount of data entry, with manifesting and debriefing as the main priorities

  • Maintain and update spreadsheet trackers, reports, and compliance documentation

  • Support internal systems and databases related to staff, training, and compliance

What You’ll Bring

  • High attention to detail

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills

  • A safety-first mindset

  • Confidence using digital tools and systems, including AI-supported platforms

  • Basic data entry skills

  • Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
