Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the execution of the PB IT solutions functional strategy in alignment with Private Brands division goals and strategy.

  • Manage implementation, and monitor progress toward goals. Make regular adjustments to plans according to the changes in Private Brands strategy or goals.

  • Build, head, and manage the PB IT Solutions team

  • Establish a clear vision and direction for the PB IT solutions team

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders and ensure cross-functional cooperation.

  • Monitor key performance metrics, review progress regularly, and address performance issues

  • Improve the operational excellence of the department: performance (ability to achieve the set target), adaptability (ability to adjust quickly to shifts in the internal or external environment) and efficiency (achieving objectives in the most cost-effective way).

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in IT.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).

  • Demonstrated experience in overseeing IT operations in a corporate setting

  • Experience with vendor management within the framework of IT

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and security.

  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Language Skills: English B2-C1, Russian B2-C2

Nice to have

  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP).

  • Experience in the retail or consumer goods sector.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, and data analytics.

  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging IT trends
