About the Role:
We are seeking a Business Operations Associate with expertise in Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, and sales operations to streamline business processes and drive operational efficiency. The role involves close collaboration with global teams across the UK, EMEA, and APAC, as well as supply chain and logistics teams. Experience in product-based companies is desirable for a strong understanding of logistics, shipments, order processing, and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, including international shipments.
- Partner with global IOR teams (UK, EMEA, APAC) and cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Logistics, IT, Warehouse) to optimize order processing, CPQ opportunity management, and contract handling.
- Track and manage commercial and trial contracts, validate quotes, and ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ERP records, handle order amendments, cancellations, and returns.
- Support device forecasting initiatives and provide operational insights for planning and decision-making.
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, reporting to management and recommending process improvements.
- Collaborate with Finance on invoicing and payment follow-ups related to orders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in order management, sales operations, or business operations.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, logistics ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
- Experience in order processing, contract tracking, quote validation, device forecasting, and international shipments (EMEA & APAC).
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with international teams.
- Experience in product-based companies is desirable.
