The Transformation office have the mandate to ensure translation of the strategy into value-driven transformation portfolio and to orchestrate portfolio implementation as strategic Programme Management Office, ensuring an efficient, integrated implementation governance across steering, demand management, design and delivery. Track and holistically report on the Bank’s overall change portfolio in a value-and outcome-oriented manner.YOUR CHALLENGE
Manage the end-to-end Transformation Portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment, demand prioritization, and delivery assurance
Maintain the 3-year strategic change roadmap and coordinate cross-programme dependencies
Define outcome-based targets and oversee performance against KPIs, budgets, timelines, and business value
Escalate decisions and issues to the relevant executive committees with clear, data-driven insights
Drive process improvements and automation to enhance governance efficiency and stakeholder transparency
Establish efficient collaboration model and partnership with Group Strategy, Finance, Risk, and Delivery teams to ensure integrated planning and execution
Deliver high-impact reporting and presentations for the Executive Board and Board of Directors, to ensure transparency and drive decision-making
Apply robust risk and budget management practices to safeguard delivery integrity
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree required
8+ years in business transformation, portfolio/project management, ideally within wealth management or global banking
Proven experience in project portfolio management with a strong focus on business cases, budgeting & controlling, and deliverables tracking
Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to align project portfolios to organizational goals
Should understand Agile delivery especially around value delivery (i.e., understanding of OKRs/KPIs) within an agile context
Should be a team player, resilient and work in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, executive leadership and project teams
Display a keen ability to conceptualize ideas, convey compelling narratives, effectively visualize concepts, develop strong presentations to senior stakeholders to support decision-making, e.g. Executive Board and Board of Director
Produce high-quality outputs with meticulous attention to detail
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills
Experience at a global bank or at a renowned wealth manager preferred, experience at a strategy consulting firm is also a plus
Fluent in English, and German would be a plus
