About the role

We are seeking an Implementation Services Manager who has a passion for delighting customers by delivering winning strategies and solutions. We work with mid-market organizations and large enterprises in all verticals, with a focus on their GRC activities. This is a rare opportunity, as the first Implementation Manager in the UK, to play a key role in building a business and having a direct impact on driving customer implementation and adoption.

Core Responsibilities:

End-to-End Implementation Ownership:

  • Primarily for Customers in the UK (or similar timezones) own the full lifecycle of delivery of complex customer implementations and one-time Professional Services engagements, overseeing all phases from pre-sale services scoping, kickoff, process design, build, training, project management and rollout.
  • Drive implementations through scoping and holistic project planning during the pre-sales process, while serving as a critical SME for the sales team by articulating LogicGate's solution capabilities and implementation approach.
  • Serve as a dedicated project manager for all assigned implementations.

Customer Relationship & Advisory:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and become a trusted advisor from the pre-sale scoping process onward.
  • Consult closely with customers to deliver an implementation experience tailored to their unique maturity, consistently focusing on accelerating their time-to-value from the LogicGate platform.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise and Risk Cloud product advice to help our customers design and build their Risk Cloud applications as effectively as possible.
  • Listen intently to customer pain points and connect their needs to Risk Cloud product features, with a heavy focus on value creation.

Product & Domain Expertise:

  • Serve as a technical and business Subject Matter Expert (SME) across diverse GRC use cases and LogicGate’s Risk Cloud product functionality. 

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate seamlessly with sales, solution engineering, customer success, and product teams throughout the customers’ journey to ensure alignment, effective communication, and a unified customer experience.

Requirements: 

  • 4+ years of professional services, implementation, GRC practitioner, or consulting roles. Experience with SaaS and/or GRC industry is strongly preferred.
  • Intermediate understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) principles, frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR), and industry best practices.
  • Strong technical knowledge working in Excel or a similar product. 
  • Experience managing multiple large projects at a time and working with executive-level stakeholders 
  • Strong business acumen and an understanding of how GRC solutions drive organizational value.
