As a Nursing Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: managing the nursing service, ensuring the highest quality care is being provided to patients, and assigning staff to the appropriate clinical area based on their skill mix.

Position: Nurse Supervisor
Shift: Days. 7:00am- 7:30pm Every Other Weekend, Saturday and Sunday

Experience: 
1. Five (5) years of recent Acute Care Nurse experience required. 
2. Prior Management, Supervisor, Charge, Coordinator or other related leadership experience is preferred.

Education: 
1. Graduate of accredited school of Nursing.
2. BSN Required. MSN or other related graduate degree preferred.

Licensures/Certifications: 
1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
2. Certification in specialty area is preferred.
