Human Resources Manager - Hospital at Horizon Specialty Hospital-LasVegas

Position Summary:

The Human Resources Director in our hospital is a vital team member. This person serves as our hospital's "first impression" to employees and team members daily. You will also play an integral role in our continued success by providing guidance on Human Resourced policy/procedures in accordance with company policy.

Posted Salary Range:USD $31.00 - USD $34.00 /Hr.Wage Commensuration:The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Duties & Responsibilities:

This position will supervise Payroll functions for 2 hospital campus locations, ensure compliance to company policy/procedure and employee relations.

 

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School diploma required; College education in business/human resources preferred
• Must have experience in human resources, payroll, or a related field; operating experience with Kronos payroll system is preferred
• Must have a reliable source of transportation
• Must be a good communicator
