What You Will Do:
This position is responsible for the coordination of operations throughout the hospital on a given shift, off shifts, weekends and holidays. The person is responsible for ensuring that all standards of performance in the patient care process are met.
- Demonstrates and communicates the hospital’s core values and core processes.
- Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure holistic patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.
- Analyzes information, develops and implements plan of care, evaluates results and makes adjustments as needed.
- Integrates experience and critical thinking skills to ensure safe patient care.
- Establishes priorities among departments and adjusts accordingly when needed.
- Assists nursing from a clinical standpoint when needed.
- Assumes leadership role during clinical/safety codes.
What You Will Need:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- RN licensure in the state of Ohio.
- Minimum of two years experience as an RN, BSN preferred.
- ACLS and PALS preferred.
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS
