Job Title: Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse
Location: Trillium Family Services, Portland, Oregon
Available Schedules:
- 4-nights/week: Night Shift - 21:30 – 06:30 (9:30 PM – 6:30 AM)-Wed, Thurs, & Friday -working every other weekend (36 hours week)-
- variable days/shifts opportunities are also available (on-call)
Job Type: Full-Time | Variable on-call
Wage Range: $48.87 RN/BSN - $47.91RN/ADN - $36.77 LPN per hour (plus night shift differential, depending on experience and qualifications)
Overview:
Trillium Family Services is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our night shift team. This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in an independent, overnight setting and is committed to providing high-quality patient care. The position offers 36 hours per week with a consistent night schedule, working every other weekend.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established protocols
Monitor and assess patients’ conditions throughout the shift
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all care provided
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure patient needs are met
Respond effectively to emergencies and urgent patient concerns
Qualifications:
Active RN or LPN license in Oregon
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply
BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and communication skills
Experience in in psychiatric/mental health preferred
