NFL Players, Inc. (licensing and marketing subsidiary of the NFL Players Association) is looking for a creative marketer to join our team as Marketing Design Manager! The ideal candidate is an innovative storyteller with a strong eye for design. This position will balance broad marketing responsibilities with a primary focus on creating high-impact presentation decks and brand assets that engage all relevant partners, elevate the NFLPA/Players Inc. brand and support business growth.
Qualified candidates should have a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or related field plus 4-6 years’ experience. Proven experience in marketing strategy and execution, with a strong portfolio of design work is required. Other qualifications include expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote and/or Google Slides, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), project management skills and knowledge of digital/social media trends and metrics. Experience in B2B marketing, sports, licensing and/or agency is a plus.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and manage content for marketing B2B campaigns including but not limited to website, newsletters, email, print and digital advertisements, social media, panels, promotional collateral, etc.
- Lead the creation of high-quality presentation decks for partner pitches, executive updates, events, and internal use.
- Manage the delivery and distribution process for all branded assets including photography and videography needs.
- Maintain consistency across all brand expressions, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
- Oversee the implementation and management of a digital asset library (DAM) and creative request workflow.
- Manage the presentation of NFLPA/NFLPI at events, in conjunction with events team, including program content, collateral, presentation and execution.
- Develop and coordinate NFLPA/NFLPI brand identity and guidelines, and organization-wide brand cohesion, in conjunction with External Affairs team.
- Track performance of marketing campaigns and creative assets; provide insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
