NOC Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Full-Time | $26.92 – $30.94/hour | Little Falls Health Services

Your Role:
- Provide direct nursing care and monitor resident well-being
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Assist in developing, updating, and following care plans
- Educate residents and families on health conditions and care procedures
- Supervise and coordinate tasks performed by nursing assistants
- Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in resident conditions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Skills & Qualifications:
- Current, unencumbered MN LPN license
- CPR certification
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to resident-centered care
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Work across all areas of the care center
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., and use of mechanical lifts
- Exposure to infectious diseases, chemicals, and potentially stressful situations
- Ability to respond to emergency situations and assist with resident evacuations
