System Administrator II install, maintain, upgrade and provide support for software, hardware and operating system's for IBC's information systems. Tier II team members need to be able to understand, diagnose, escalate and resolve information system issues quickly including support outside normal bank business hours and be responsible for ownership of core IT services and systems. The provide support for escalated issues from Tier I administrators and all IBC business units. The individual will professionally communicate technical concerns and solutions to peers, end users and management with varying degrees of technical knowledge. Individuals must have the ability to work in a team environment supporting multiple systems, technologies and tasks simultaneously.Job Description:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The System Administrator needs to be able to understand, diagnose escalate and resolve Information System problems quickly including support after hours.
The individual will professionally communicate technical concerns and solutions to peers, end users and management with varying degrees of technical knowledge.
Must have the ability to work in a team environment supporting multiple systems, technologies and tasks.
Tier II Systems Administrators will be responsible for the ownership of core IT services and systems.
Individuals will manage escalations from Tier 1 and work with the Engineering team to resolve complex issues, complete project tasks and deliver solutions for business.

EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE
Associates Degree in IT related field or 5 years experience in Systems Administration.
Advanced configuration and management of Windows OS Server 2012, 2016, 2019, Desktop Win 7/10. Linux Operating Systems. Microsoft Active Directory/Azure Active Directory. Office365 Administration. Ability to interpret system logs and alerts. Script creation with PowerShell, VB script or other scripting languages. Administration of virtualized environments (VM-Ware, Citrix, Hyper-V, Nutanix). MS Exchange Online and O365 support. Familiarity with network storage, hyper-converged infrastructure. Backup system administration.
5+ years of experience in Systems Administration
MCSA, VMWare, Citrix, etc.
