Hasbro is seeking a transformative marketing leader who will make CRM and loyalty the heartbeat of Hasbro Pulse, while also innovating in social, paid, and creator engagement. Someone who thrives at the intersection of data, storytelling, and fandom, and who will elevate Hasbro Pulse into a global standard for fan-first, community-driven DTC marketing.
A Day in the life as a Director, DTC Marketing:
CRM, Loyalty & Customer Engagement (Primary Focus)
- Lead the evolution of CRM and loyalty marketing as a core growth engine for Pulse.
- Develop lifecycle strategies that drive acquisition, retention, and repeat purchase.
- Leverage Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Braze, and other tools to deliver personalized, data-driven campaigns at scale.
- Partner with analytics and product teams to define segmentation, targeting, and attribution approaches that maximize customer value.
- Design and launch loyalty programs that reward engagement and build deeper emotional connections with fans.
Social Media & Influencer/Creator Strategy
- Oversee Hasbro Pulse’s organic and paid social strategy to drive engagement, reach, and conversion.
- Develop an influencer and creator/collector engagement model that authentically builds community, grows our channels, and amplifies new launches.
- Ensure brand voice and storytelling are fan-first, culturally relevant, and aligned to broader Hasbro franchise priorities.
Paid Media & Growth Marketing
- Deploy paid media strategically and surgically to expand Pulse’s reach, attract new customers, and deliver ROI.
- Partner with analytics to measure performance, optimize spend, and test new growth channels.
- Integrate paid and organic strategies for maximum community and commercial impact.
Fan & Community Engagement
- Build authentic connections with fans through conventions, fan streams, creator partnerships, and exclusive experiences.
- Position Pulse as the premiere destination for collectors by showcasing exclusive products, behind-the-scenes content, and storytelling that highlights fandom passion.
- Stay ahead of cultural and digital trends that shape how fans discover, engage, and buy.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Serve as a best-in-class marketing partner to Pulse and Action brand teams, elevating launches with integrated strategies.
- Collaborate closely with e-commerce, creative, analytics, and franchise marketing to deliver breakthrough campaigns.
- Champion the fan/customer perspective within Hasbro’s broader DTC strategy.
What you'll bring:
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in DTC or digital marketing leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in CRM and lifecycle marketing — proven ability to design, execute, and optimize programs across Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Braze, and other leading platforms.
- Strong track record in loyalty program development and customer retention strategies.
- Experience leading social media (organic + paid) and influencer/creator programs, ideally with a focus on fandoms, entertainment, gaming, or lifestyle brands.
- Demonstrated success in growth marketing, paid media ROI, and acquisition strategies.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to operationalize plans and deliver measurable results.
- Excellent collaborator with strong communication and influence skills across senior stakeholders.
- Passion for fandoms and collectors, with an authentic understanding of how to engage enthusiast communities.

The base salary range for this position is $163,000.00 to $244,600.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
