- Role: Personal & Commercial Lines Account Manager
- Location/Type: Plantation, FL • Onsite
- Base Pay: $50K–$55K
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $65K (base + additional commission upside)
- Schedule: Full-time, Mon–Fri
What you’ll do
Manage personal + commercial renewals, no lapses, no chasing
Handle policy changes and endorsements fast
Fix underwriting issues with direct access, not red tape
Answer client questions and close loops same day
Own client book with support, not micromanagement
Must-haves
Active 4-40 Florida P&C license
Personal and commercial account management experience
Knowledge of auto, home, flood, GL, and BOP coverages
Live within 45 minutes of Plantation, FL
Stable work history (no 3+ month gaps; max 2 jobs in 4 years OR 1 relevant 3-year role in last 7 years)
Nice to have
Agency system experience (Epic, QQ, Hawksoft)
