Qualified Candidates will be required to work weekends and on-call as needed.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Pharmacist in the state of Texas required.
• Bachelor of Science degree from a College/School of Pharmacy required.
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
• Previous acute care experience preferred.
• Automated pharmacy dispensing Knowledge.
• IV Laminar flow hood and Bio Safety hood knowledge.
• Electronic medical records experience preferred.
• Availability to work holidays as needed to support hospital operations.
• Wilingess to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends (minimum one weekend per month)
• Ability to provide overage on short notice, including filling in during staff absences.
• On-call availability during weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required.
