In home Sales (Closer) at Innovative Restorations

Innovative Home Services is hiring a sales person and project manager for mitigation services.  What that means is managing projects for Water Damage Restoration, Mold Remediation, Trauma & Crimescene clean up and Repairs.

We are a construction and Remodeling company that handles Restoration work after a natural disaster or other accident in a home or building.  We are then called in to clean it up.

Please do not apply if you're not experienced in restoration work.

The right person has

• IICRC Certification already in at least WRT and preferably in ASD and AMRT as well.  (if you don't know what this is then this job probably isn't for you!)
• 2 years of experience as a project manager.
• Is detailed in their paperwork.
• Can communicate clearly and set proper expectations.
• Experience in building or remodeling residential homes. 

Compensation (whats in it for you)

• Salary $36,000 (not much)
• Commissions (tiered from 2.5% - 8% based on dollars collected for the year.  Expect to earn $50k+ per year in commissions)
