What You'll Do
As a Floating Assistant Property Manager, you'll step in where you're needed most. A typical day might include:
- Assisting with leasing efforts by responding to inquiries, scheduling, and leading community tours
- Providing friendly and professional support to residents with questions, concerns, and service requests
- Helping process invoices, track budgets, and monitor community financial performance
- Maintaining accurate resident files and administrative records
- Collaborating closely with Property Managers and leasing teams to support community goals

What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service
- Familiarity with Yardi property management software
- Comfort working with budgets and community financials
- At least 6 months of experience in multifamily housing or a supervisory role
