  • Continually, and in real-time, update our CRM system to ensure proper sales pipeline reporting and accurate forecasting.
  • Participate in bi-weekly funnel management reviews with the Sales Team and General Sales Manager.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and follow through to completion.
  • Work with any independent representative network within the primary territory.

  • Present comprehensive, solutions-based proposals that include multiple pieces of mechanical equipment to form a complete system.
  • Create and present information that demonstrates the "value proposition" of the products offered as they relate to a client's specific needs.

  • A track record of selling capital equipment, specifically in the food processing sector, with a history of meeting or exceeding $2.5M in annual sales.
  • Proficient in professional sales, specifically with qualifying, closing, meeting, and exceeding quotas.
  • Familiarity with industrial food processing and packaging machinery, specifically with depositing equipment for bakery, prepared foods, and confectionery, is a significant plus.
  • Skilled in selling solutions-based and application-specific equipment.
  • Capable of managing customers for multiple levels, styles, and types of equipment.
