About the Role:

Air Power, Inc. is seeking an experienced full-time Service Technician to provide repairs, inspection, and maintenance of customer equipment. Equipment includes Spray equipment, battery tools, and pneumatic tools. Air Power maintains state of the art service and repair centers across the southeast and mid-Atlantic – from PA to FL. 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assemble, test & repair:
    •  Air Power finishing systems and components
    •  Air Power Assembly systems and components 
    • Air Power Applied Fluid Technology systems and components
  • Comply with Company safety protocol, learn correct operation & safety features of all tools & accessories
  • Help with Field Service as needed
  • Diagnose problems and find a solution to repair
  • Rebuild and test products to ensure they are operating correctly 
  • Provide progress updates of repair during process 
  • Build lasting relationships with customer base

Qualifications:

  • Must have a good attitude with proven mechanical ability (pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical backgrounds are a plus) 
  • 2+ years in related field preferred 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Skilled in using hand tools, power tools and test equipment.
  • Position requires standing most of the day
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Power point)
  • 2 years or more of experience in related field preferred
