We are excited to announce the opening of a brand-new, 4-bed children’s residential home dedicated to providing exceptional care and support for young people. Brent Council is seeking a passionate, experienced and qualified Registered Manager to lead this home from day one.

As Registered Manager, you will:
- Lead with vision – shape the home’s operational foundations and culture.
- Deliver excellence – ensure high-quality care in line with Ofsted standards.
- Inspire and grow your team – lead, manage and develop staff to achieve the best outcomes.
- Champion young people – build trusted relationships with children, families, schools, and partners.
- Be a visible leader – represent the home with confidence across the community and professional networks.
The Person
You will bring:
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s residential setting.
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Passion and purpose – a genuine commitment to improving the lives of young people.
- Strength in leadership – with the ability to inspire others and manage multiple priorities.
- Values that shine through – honesty, openness, curiosity, courage and kindness.
