In this role, you will: 

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Audit Project.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership and executives.
• Manage project scope, schedule, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate across cross-functional business units to ensure alignment and compliance with audit requirements.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, and executive communications.
• Ensure timely identification and resolution of risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate effective project governance and decision-making processes.

Who You Are: 

• 7+ years of Project Management experience, preferably within audit, compliance, or risk-related initiatives.
• Demonstrated success managing projects with executive/C-suite visibility.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in regulated industries (insurance, financial services, or similar) is a plus.
• PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications preferred.
• Must be local to Chicago with ability to work onsite 1–3 days per week.
