The Customer Claims Representative I will review and process when approved: orders, claims, returns and adjustments in the Retail business model. Assist Retail Sales Representative Supervisor and/or Retail Sales Analyst by performing various functions in the retail accounting process.
This position will serve our Rheem Parts Division, located in Randleman, NC.
Responsibilities
- Provide data entry/upload Oracle support as required by volume or team priorities to complete the billing and crediting processes for the Retail department in a timely manner for reporting.
- Provide spreadsheet support for billing and crediting processes to facilitate report compliance with measured departmental goals and objectives.
- Scan debits, credits, orders, returns and distributor invoices into Document Manager for historical documentation of all departmental transactions.
- Maintain retail sales log database for sales validation between retail sales data and the Rheem sales database. Identify and communicate discrepancies between Rheem and retail monthly files to our distributors and upper management.
- Provide detailed transactional reporting and spreadsheet support for billing and credit processes. Reconcile billing and data input to obtain consistency and accuracy throughout the process.
- Support retail team with order input and data entry as required by volume or team priorities.
- Maintain ongoing call relationships with retail dealer customers as required.
- Maintain harmonious working relationship with customers, distribution partners and personnel within our division.
Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in Business or Marketing
Two years customer service experience
- Advanced skills in MS Excel; intermediate skill level of MS Word
Online or electronic order entry skills
Ability to multi-task with attention to detail – high level of accuracy is of critical importance
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills; must demonstrate an ability to identify problems, gather data and report with high degree of accuracy
- Strong organizational skills; self-starter
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
HOW TO STAND OUT:
