At a Glance

🕒 Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
📍 Address: 1 West Alexander Road, Valley Grove, WV 26060

As a Parts Delivery Driver, you’ll play a key role in keeping customers and the shop supplied with the parts they need. You will:

• Pick up and deliver parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors
• Coordinate pick-ups and deliveries with the parts manager, counter team, and shipping/receiving before leaving
• Verify invoices against purchase orders for each pick-up and confirm parts match delivery tickets
• Collect payments and check them against invoices
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain signatures for each drop-off
• Unload the truck nightly, turn in paperwork, and return undelivered parts
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance (fuel, oil, cleanliness, inspections) and report major issues to the parts manager
• Maintain the professional appearance of the parts department and delivery vehicle
• Ask customers about returns or core inventory at each stop
• Work in a team environment and maintain a professional appearance
• Travel across county and state lines as needed
• Follow and promote company health and safety policies

What We’re Looking For

• Related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Valid Driver’s License (must meet company insurability standards)

Physical Requirements

• Regular walking and standing; occasional sitting, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
• Frequent lifting of 25–50 lbs; occasional lifting up to 100 lbs
• Visual abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment

Bonus Points For:

• Previous delivery driving or parts handling experience
• Knowledge of automotive and/or truck parts
