POSITION OVERVIEW 

This position allows an internship to provide an opportunity to gain additional knowledge and skills in this area of interest at RELCO, build professional relationships, and develop an understanding of the manufacturing and site installation process. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Assemble planning binders for the Construction department as needed.
  • Assist with site logistics as needed. Storage, lifts, offices, welding gas, etc.
  • Maintain vehicle/trailer fleet and all record keeping for company vehicles and trailers.
  • Print and file safety documentation, distribute labor law posters for posting and other various safety tasks as needed.
  • Keep all construction asset spreadsheets up to date, sourcing new pricing annually.
  • Purchase and maintain construction inventory.
  • Coordinate with accounting to setup up new vendors and subcontractors.
  • Concur expense reporting for project travel expenses.
  • Schedule and staff projects through internal and external contacts. 
  • Book travel for the department; parking, flights, hotels, rental cars, etc.
  • Complete misc. office errands as needed.
  • Assemble planning binders for the Construction department as needed.
  • Any misc. projects assigned by RELCO’s managers that need assistance.
  • All other duties as assigned.

TRAVEL: 

  • Must be willing to travel 10% of the time.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Two years of experience working in an office setting and answering incoming phone calls. Construction and or manufacturing experience related to tool inventory and maintenance.
