About The Role
We are seeking a reliable and organized HR Administrative & Office Apprentice to join our team in Paris. The successful candidate will be responsible for various HR administrative tasks as well as ensuring the smooth operation of our offices.

Missions & Responsibilities
HR Administrative Support:
Assist with the drafting of internal documents (attestations, commissions letters, employer certificates, etc.).
Keep the HR files up-to-date (recruitment follow-up, office orders, organizational chart, etc.).
Assist in the creation and distribution of HR-related communications, such as memos, announcements, and policy updates, etc.
Help prepare presentations for meetings.
Maintain accurate and organized employee records, ensuring compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards.

Office & Events Management:
Manage the day-to-day life of the different offices (deliveries reception, office equipment order).
Assist in the organization of events such as welcome breakfasts or farewell parties.

ESG Initiatives
Support the development and execution of HR-driven ESG initiatives, including diversity & inclusion programs, employee well-being, and sustainability-focused policies. 
Assist with ESG data collection, reporting, and compliance monitoring while organizing awareness campaigns and engagement activities. 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed ESG principles into the employee experience and contribute to sustainability and CSR reporting.


Must have
Fluency in English
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides etc.).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and needs.

Nice to have
First-hand experience in HR administration.
First hand experience (internship or extra-curricular projects) in ESG, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives is a plus.
Familiarity with tools such as Canva.
Basic knowledge of French.
