General Position Overview:

As a ICQA/Inventory Control Specialist you will be responsible for overseeing our inventory control processes in our fulfillment center. You will be heavily involved in driving process improvement, maintaining a safe work environment,

General Accountabilities include:

  • Using data to determine what tasks or merchant care tickets to work on or assign to associates each day.
  • Track merchant tickets progress and follow up with support/resolution where necessary. Follow best practices for each task and ensure timely resolution for each task. 
  • Work directly with customer merchant care leaders and teams to help resolve all merchant issues and concerns.
  • Produce weekly reports detailing any incorrect practices or other issues that could lead to lost inventory. 
  • Provide feedback to the customer's leadership team on any new processes or tools needed to help improve inventory control.
  • Manage inventory control counts & resolve any discrepancies with the customer
  • Assure policy and procedures are followed
  • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

Skills Required:

  • Ability to read/write in English 
  • Proficient MS Office applications
  • Basic math/computer skills
  • Ability to follow & give instructions effectively 
  • Ability to safely bend and twist repeatedly 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management 

Prerequisites:

  • 2+ years of leadership experience or experience in inventory management/control, customer support functions, or general problem resolution within an e-commerce fulfillment organization.
  • Associate degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, General Management, or a related field, is preferred but not required.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
  • Experience managing teams in a warehouse environment
