Position: Future Agent/Fronter

Location: Remote (Florida, Ohio, Texas)

Status: Full Time, W2

In this role, 

  • You will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients in the sales process
  • You will engage with warm leads only, make outbound calls to individuals who have expressed interest through our marketing channels and handle inbound calls from prospective clients seeking more information about our services. There is no cold calling involved.
  • You will pre-qualify incoming and outbound leads by asking targeted questions to understand their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process
  • You will seamlessly transfer qualified prospects to licensed agents for personalized consultation and to move them forward in the sales process

Phone Sales Experience: You are comfortable making calls and engaging prospects over the phone without hesitation.  You are comfortable handling back to back high-quality outbound leads daily.

Reliability: You are punctual, dependable, and maintain excellent attendance.

Strong Interpersonal Skills: You are an active listener and can navigate conversations with empathy and professionalism.

Competitive Drive: You perform well in high-stakes, performance-driven environments and are motivated by results.You can handle objections and rejection gracefully, maintaining integrity in all interactions.

Organizational Agility: You can manage multiple lead sources, follow detailed scripts, and adapt to each lead’s unique needs.

Problem-Solving Ability: You think quickly on your feet, take direction well, and have a proven track record in sales execution.

Growth Mindset: You are eager to learn, open to feedback, and maintain a positive attitude throughout a rigorous and rewarding training process. Your success is driven by your own determination and work ethic. 

Computer and Internet: You must have a hardwired high-speed internet connection (50 Mbps+), a PC with Windows 10 or higher, at least 16GB RAM, a 3.2 GHz processor, a wired headset, and a webcam for daily Google Meet meetings.

Location & Hours

We are hiring remote within Florida, Ohio, and Texas

You must attend daily meetings at 8:45am before we start at 9am EST.

Your shifts will be from 9 AM-7 PM Monday-Thursday, 9 AM-5 PM Friday, and 9 AM-5 PM on select Saturdays.

Please note: During the Open Enrollment Period, hours are extended and no paid time off will be granted during this time as attendance is crucial.


Compensation

$17.50/hr base pay + Bonus
