Loan Operations Specialist at University Credit Union

University Credit Union, UCU, a growing credit union in Maine, is seeking to add a Loan Operations Specialist to our Operations team. This position is responsible for Loan Modifications, Skip a payments, and other Loan file maintenance, working with borrowers to respond to questions and/or issues pertaining to their consumer loans and credit cards. Ultimately, the Loan Operations Specialist helps maintain the integrity and reliability of the loan portfolio through meticulous attention to detail and adherence to best practices, while also ensuring loans are reporting in accordance to Fair and Accurate Credit Reporting.  The ideal candidate should be organized, efficient, professional, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
