E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Intelligence Planner (IPI - MISO/MILDEC) to join our team in Fort Meade, MD in support of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). DIA provides intelligence on foreign militaries and their operating environments so the United States and its allies can prevent and decisively win wars. It serves everyone from the president to the soldier in combat through a combination of expert analysis, intelligence gathering, and cutting-edge science and technology. 


Job Responsibilities: 

  • Develops, manages, and coordinates a MISO/MILDEC intelligence task list that identifies intelligence support products and designates divisions responsible for completion. 
  • Identifies, coordinates, and deconflicts deadlines and overall scope for intelligence production requests (PR) and services as they relate to MISO/MILDEC. 
  • Coordinates and articulates requirements for JIPOE and other products that support MISO/MILDEC planning. Coordinates production of MISO/MILDEC inputs to Functional Support Plans (FSP) (when required). 
  • Provides a full range of intelligence MISO/MILDEC policy and strategy support to assist the task force's policy and strategy professionals. 
  • Provides full-range of MISO/MILDEC intelligence coordination with command partners, both foreign and domestic, to inform the intelligence Directorate leadership assisting them in strategic decision-making and building of intelligence/information flow, Activities include, but are not limited to: Managing intelligence portfolios of foreign and domestic partners for various governmental requirements; utilizing the interagency process to enable information sharing agreements; coordinating within the command, IC, and USG to enable whole of government strategic decision-making with respect to MISO/MILDEC. 
  • Collects information about command partner concerning MISO/MILDEC capabilities and needs and develops strategies to establish, develop, and maintain partnerships enabling enhanced analytic production and achievement of command and task force MISO/MILDEC strategies. 
  • Identifies, coordinates, and deconflicts partner intelligence requests for information concerning MISO/MILDEC. 
  • Integrates CCMDs, service components, IC, and NSA into engagements as necessary to ensure intelligence expertise and to deconflict and synchronize MISO/MILDEC efforts with other efforts. 
  • Works collaboratively with a broad range of Intelligence and Defense professionals and is capable of capturing and synthesizing a common picture of the current MISO/MILDEC state of the task force and then developing approaches to address shortfalls. 
  • Develops methodologies for tracking task force progress against MISO/MILDEC initiatives and policy implementation. Demonstrates proficiency and timeliness if drafting and responding to tasks related to MISO/MILDEC inquiries. 

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 8 years of Intelligence Planning and Integration experience. 
  • Knowledge of Joint Planning and Intelligence Planning Processes, strategy and plans, including TCPs and TCOs, GCPs, or OPLANs, and U.S. national security strategy. 
  • Expertise in the Joint Operations Planning Process (JOPP). 
  • Prior experience with influence planning (MISO/MILDEC)  
  • Experience drafting MILDEC plans, orders, and strategy assessments 
  • Demonstrated ability to perform at a strategic/joint level with minimal guidance. 
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen. 
  • Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the required level. 

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Graduate of a MILDEC/Information Warfare/MISO Planners Course 
  • Experience with interagency intelligence collaboration 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of targeting processes and J2 roles 
  • Support experience for Combatant Command planning organizations Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology. 
  • Knowledge of DoD analytical writing and final analytical products.
