As our Director of Performance Marketing, you’ll take ownership of our digital marketing engine—managing budgets, driving high-impact campaigns, and optimizing performance across platforms to generate leads, acquire customers, and grow revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the charge on PPC strategy and execution across Google, social, and display platforms to ensure we’re maximizing efficiency and ROI.
- Craft and launch digital campaigns that inspire action, build trust, and convert audiences into loyal customers.
- Analyze data, identify trends, and turn insights into action—continuously improving campaign performance.
- Oversee all paid search, social advertising, display, and other performance channels.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts are fully aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of digital marketing and lead generation experience, ideally in roofing, home services, or a related industry.
- Deep expertise in paid media strategy, campaign management, and performance optimization.
- A data-driven mindset and the ability to translate metrics into meaningful marketing strategies.
