We are looking to recruit two Personal Tax Portfolio Managers to join our Horsham office — one on a permanent basis and one on a 6-month fixed-term contract. These roles offer the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of clients while mentoring and developing junior team members both in Horsham and across the wider firm. 

About the role

  • Manage a varied personal tax portfolio including:
    • Director/shareholders
    • Sole traders and partnerships 
    • Individuals with share portfolios, including EIS and SEIS investments
  • Provide direct client contact for your own portfolio and support others where needed
  • Deliver advisory services across a broad range of personal tax matters
  • Coach, train and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and development
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across the firm to ensure high-quality service delivery

What we're looking for

  • ATT/ CTA qualified or equivalent by experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of personal tax
  • Proven experience in client advisory work is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload effectively
