We’re hiring a Recruitment Systems Innovation Manager to help us drive innovation and maximise the impact of the tools we use every day. From AI adoption (including Copilot) to improving how we use Bullhorn and other systems, you’ll play a central role in ensuring our technology is rolled out effectively, used to its potential, and delivers real business value.

This role is about coordination across departments: capturing requirements, testing solutions, rolling out new systems, and supporting adoption so changes stick. You’ll combine business analysis, system enablement, and a passion for innovation to make a visible difference to how our people work.

Harnham & Rockborne

Harnham is the global leader in data and analytics recruitment, and Rockborne is our sister business, an award-winning data and AI consultancy. Together we help organisations unlock the true value of their data, whether through world-class recruitment, building diverse early-career consultant teams, or delivering data transformation projects.

With ambitious growth plans across both businesses, this is an exciting time to join in a role that sits at the centre of how we innovate, improve, and get the most out of our systems.

The Role

  • Lead pilots of new AI tools (e.g. Copilot), capture feedback, and scale what works.
  • Improve utilisation of Bullhorn and associated tools to ensure we’re getting the most value.
  • Support audits and relaunch of automation workflows to simplify processes and free up time.
  • Coordinate the rollout of new systems, ensuring smooth implementation and ongoing support.
  • Act as a link between IT, leadership, and end users – making sure requirements are clear and solutions practical.
  • Deliver training and guides that help colleagues adopt systems with confidence.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience driving adoption of business systems or tools.
  • Strong business analysis skills: requirements gathering, testing, and rollout support.
  • A clear and engaging communicator who can simplify complex ideas.
  • An interest in AI and automation, with examples of how you’ve used or implemented them.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tech such as Bullhorn CRM, Analytics, or Automation, or with other CRM/automation platforms.

What We Offer

Alongside the role itself, you’ll also get access to a great range of group benefits, including:
  • Free snacks and drinks in the office
  • Cycle-to-work scheme
  • Monthly wellbeing allowance
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • A 4 pm finish on Fridays year-round
  • And many more

If you’re excited by the idea of turning great tools into great habits, and helping two market-leading recruitment brands get the most out of AI, Bullhorn, and beyond, we’d love to hear from you.
