Position Overview

 We are seeking a driven and strategic E-Commerce Digital Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our online store, specializing in but not limited to, supplements and peptides for both men and women. This role will oversee all aspects of the digital storefront—from optimizing product listings to developing marketing campaigns—while coordinating with our third-party fulfillment partner to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, data-driven, and passionate about health and wellness. They will combine strong e-commerce operations knowledge with digital marketing expertise to accelerate online revenue growth while protecting our brand integrity.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities


E-Commerce Operations

  • Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, inventory accuracy, and website content.
  • Coordinate with fulfillment partners to ensure timely, accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Oversee customer experience on the online store (checkout process, product pages, user flow, etc.).
  • Monitor analytics and KPIs including sales performance, conversion rates, and customer retention.
  • Ensure compliance with supplement and peptide industry regulations, including disclaimers and product labeling.

Digital Marketing

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, paid ads, email campaigns, social media).
  • Create and manage promotional campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
  • Partner with content creators/designers to develop high-quality digital assets (ads, landing pages, graphics).
  • Manage email automation and customer segmentation for targeted communication.
  • Monitor and optimize ad spend for maximum ROI.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Work closely with clinical/brand leadership to align marketing with company vision.
  • Collaborate with finance to set revenue goals, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Provide regular reporting on e-commerce performance and growth strategies.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce management and/or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, analytics, and email marketing automation.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of supplements, health & wellness, or regulated consumer products preferred.
