So, what will the Program / Management Analyst at Terrestris do?

As the Program/Management Analyst will support the Coast Guard Liaison Office (CGLO) in aviation training program management, student control administration, and production planning for Coast Guard aviator candidates. This role ensures the effective oversight of flight training programs, database management, and liaison coordination across multiple Navy, Air Force, and Coast Guard training entities.

What does a typical day look like for the Program / Management Analyst?

You will:

  • Plan, develop, and execute Coast Guard Aviation Production Planning (CGAPP) initiatives, including introductory, primary, rotary, and fixed-wing training pipelines.
  • Serve as principal liaison between CGLO and Naval/Air Force training commands to resolve scheduling, resource allocation, and programmatic issues.
  • Oversee and maintain aviation training databases, including the Naval Aviation Integrated Production Data Repository (NIPDR) and Tango Sierra Hotel Aviation Readiness Program (TSHARP).
  • Analyze training data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities; present findings to leadership.
  • Manage student control functions including check-in/out procedures, roster management, class assignments, and training jacket verification.
  • Monitor and mentor Coast Guard student naval aviators throughout all phases of training.
  • Support evaluation processes by contributing to Officer Evaluation Reports (OERs) and Enlisted Evaluation Reports (EERs).
  • Maintain compliance with applicable directives, policies, and operational security requirements.
  • Prepare reports, briefings, and recommendations for CGLO leadership and external stakeholders.

What qualifications do you look for?

You might be the professional we’re looking for if you have:

  • Authorization to work in the United States permanently without sponsorship.
  • An active Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of aviation training program administration, policies, and procedures (Coast Guard and Navy preferred).
  • Proficiency in database management, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make decisions within established guidelines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.

We are extra impressed by folks with:

  • Prior military aviation or aviation training program experience.
  • Experience with CGAPP, NIPDR, and TSHARP systems.
  • Familiarity with CNATRAINST 1500.4 and Coast Guard aviation directives.
