Twin Ridge Apartments is seeking a skilled and dependable Service Technician to join our maintenance team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. You’ll be responsible for completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new residents.

📅 Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• On-call availability required (rotating evenings, weekends, and holidays)

💰 Starting Pay:

• From $20/hour (based on experience) + phone allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC systems

• Perform general plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs

• Complete drywall installation, finishing, and painting

• Maintain and repair appliances

• Prepare apartments for move-in (turns)

• Keep property grounds safe and well-maintained, including snow removal as needed

• Participate in on-call emergency rotation

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of residential or multi-family maintenance experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• HVAC or CFC certification strongly preferred 

• Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry

• Ability to climb ladders up to 85’

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
