About the Opportunity
The Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for seamlessly integrating new hires, serving as a liaison during their onboarding process, and meeting monthly onboarding goals across all positions. Communicates effectively with various departments and ensures timely distribution of new hire documentation while maintaining confidentiality. Manages HR databases, coordinates onboarding processes, and supports Talent Acquisition initiatives with a keen eye for detail and adherence to tight deadlines.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison for the new hires as they navigate the onboarding process
- Meet and maintain monthly goals in on boarding new hires of all positions
- Communicate regularly with On boarding Specialists, HR, Recruiting, Scheduling, and Training on
- candidates moving forward with employment.
- Prepare and distribute time-sensitive new hire documentation
- Handle confidential candidate information with discretion
- Maintain recruiting and human resources data and documentation in the HRIS and Applicant Tracking
- System
- Communicate professionally at all times, represent the best of the company to our candidate
- Manages the creation, auditing, and accuracy of all new hire packages entered into screening systems.
- Coordinate the on-boarding of new employees and contingent resources
- Coordinate data and documentation for all promotions, transfers, and changes in status with
- leadership, recruiting, and HR
- Ability to work within very tight deadlines and deliver results on time
- Support Talent Acquisition projects as assigned
- Acts as the point of contact for employees by answering and responding to requests and questions
- Capable of handling various tasks within complex processes and seeing them through to completion
- Additional job duties as assigned
