What You'll Do:
- Responsible for the overall management, compliance and success of the dining services program
- Ensure the dining department is operating appropriately by monitoring budgets, menus and cleaning schedules
- Ensure all dining staff are trained and competent to provide quality service and resident satisfaction
What You'll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2-3 years of dining leadership experience, preferably in senior living
- Serve Safe Certification
