We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Executive (2–5 years) with a strong background in demand generation and sales. The candidate will be responsible for executing end-to-end demand generation, including sourcing potential clients, initiating outreach strategies (with proven cold calling experience), and driving qualified opportunities into the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute end-to-end demand generation: source clients, manage databases, conduct research, and initiate outreach.
• Drive outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and tailored messaging.
• Demonstrate passion for sales and a go-getter attitude, contributing directly to team success.
• Innovate new sales strategies to maximize opportunities and shorten sales cycles.
• Possess excellent communication skills (written & verbal) to clearly articulate service value propositions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets and contribute to corporate revenue growth.
• Assist in developing sales strategies, business plans, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Experience: 2–5 years in Business Development / Demand Generation / Sales, with proven cold calling experience.
• Track Record: Strong history of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or any relevant discipline).
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills; able to confidently engage with senior decision-makers.
• Traits: Proactive, confident, self-driven, results-oriented, and highly motivated to build a long-term career in sales.
• Tools Exposure: Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, and MS Office.
• Shift Readiness: Comfortable working in U.S. time zone hours (4 PM–1 AM IST).
• Mindset: Innovative thinker with the ability to develop creative sales strategies and continuously improve performance.
• Candidate is expected to independently drive outreach campaigns and nurture leads with minimal supervision.
