Basic Requirements:

·       Must have 2, or more, years of experience involving electrical systems and equipment and general O&M experience with other building systems.

·       Must have a current Colorado Journeyman Electrical License.

·       Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

·       Must have, or obtain within 24 months, a NICET level II

·       Must have, or obtain, an active DoD Secret Security Clearance

 

Desired Requirements:

·       Previous Maintenance or Service Truck experience

·       Be familiar with:

o   Eaton Power Monitoring Systems

o   Maximo work order system

o   Siemens HVAC controls

o   480/277 volt power systems

o   24 volt systems

o   UPS Systems

·       Be familiar with class A Honeywell Fire Alarm Systems

 

This position is expected to pay $30/hr - $40/hr annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
