Additional Information: Show/Hide Description: ADM School is seeking a caring, energetic, and responsible individual to join our team as a Child Care Worker in our on-site school daycare program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, support a safe and nurturing environment, and be a positive team player. This position will be various hours befoire school along with after school hours which will be determined by the Daycare Director. The daycare does follow the school calendar, however, the center is open any planned early out until 6:00 p.m.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times
Plan and lead age-appropriate activities (arts, play, learning, etc.)
Assist with meal/snack times and hygiene routines
Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging daycare environment
Communicate with parents and staff in a respectful and professional manner
Support children’s emotional, social, and physical development
Follow all school and licensing guidelines
A successful candidate will:
Be student-focused, team-oriented and have a strong desire to actively engage with students
Have effective time management skills and organizational skills
Enjoys kids, working with others and making a positive difference in the lives of children
Maintains the same high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality of information regarding students as is expected of fully licensed teachers
