Quality and Outreach Specialist at Pathways, Inc.

Pay: $24.00-$25.50 per hour (depending on related experience)

General Summary of Duties:

The Quality & Outreach Specialist supports program growth in census and quality measures through direct and indirect responsibilities.

The Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in case coordination, linkage to services, and plan development. Associates degree may be accepted with relevant experience. Bachelor's degree may be accepted without relevant experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets agency insurability guidelines.
